5-Day Super Great Migration Safari at the Mara River

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Program: Pick up from Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport and start a beautiful journey to Tarangire National while carrying lunch boxes.

Tarangire Park is well known for its large elephant herds, consists of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parklands. It is possible that we will have the experience of seeing Lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above. Once game drives is done, we drive to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Central Serengeti Park

Program: After breakfast, departure for the Central Serengeti Park for wildlife sighting. Enjoy lunch in a suitable place inside the park. In the afternoon we will continue for the game drive activity before reaching the camp.

Serengeti is more well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Be ready to see resident predators, leopard, cheetah, and lion, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Northern Serengeti for Migration

Central Serengeti – Northern Serengeti: 3 hours

Program: Get up early and enjoy breakfast, then we drive to Northern Serengeti around Mara River where Great Migration is happening. Our safari guide will find the best spot point for Great Migration.

The Great Migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, Zebra and other animals crossing Mara River to Masai Mara in Kenya. Migration crosses Mara River that is full of Crocodiles. The best time to visit if from July to early October every year.

Norther Serengeti for Migration

Northern Serengeti - Ngorongoro: 3 hours

Program: Get up early and enjoy breakfast, then continue with game drive in Northern Serengeti with special eye to the Great Migration. Later we drive to Ngorongoro where we stop for overnight on the Crater Rim.
